The process of cassava flour can be divided into several sections:cleaning,crushing,dehydration,packing. Each cassava flour milling section is connected but with automation to complete the whole process.

  • 1) Cleaning: It is the key part of cassava process and more important than cassava starch process. Because cassava flour process are without cleaning, filter part, if there has sand it will affect the quality of cassava flour cause high impurity content. And common cassava cleaning equipment are: special cassava roller peel cleaner which mainly remove sand and skin on the cassava surface. Blade cleaner which adopts principle of bionics to wash sand. The scalperator for futher cleaning to improve purity,which with the peeling function at the same time.Generally,cassava cleaning use many equipment to reach good effect.
  • 2) Crush: Cassava crush are different from usual cassava starch crush process, add less water or avoid add when crushing. It requires high fineness, and no filter to prevent nutrition flow. You can make anti-oxidation to guarantee the color.
  • 3) Dehydration: Dehydrate the material to dry the cassava flour. You can ues dehydrator for small scale, vacuum dryer or scraper centrifuge for large scale, reduce the water content to improve drying quality and effect.
  • 4) Dry: Cassava flour and cassava starch dry are basic similar, but different parameters. You can choose air dryer, which makes high temperature gas connect with wet flour to remove the mositure to make cassava into dry material.
  • 5) Pack: To pack according to customers requirements for sell.
